I'm like, 90% sure this works... And since Kog Maw can be really annoying with his on-hit damage I thought I should share this.

adaptive helm was built against kog'maw at worlds pretty much every time he was picked.
HalcyonDweller1 votesIn lower ELO's it is a more complicated strategy than most casual players would think to use. Building a MR item against a marksman is counter-intuitive, hence why I thought it would be uncommon and sleeper OP in lower ELOs.
