I love ghost, but to stay competitive, I have to take flash. Now, on the pbe, all boots enhancements have been removed. The just makes ghost even less attractive as there was an enhancement that boosted the move speed to 40 percent and lowered the cooldown.
I highly don't riot intends to buff ghost after this lost. So I was thinking, why not a massive summoner spell rework.
Then finally flash will not be mandatory.

is basically always going to be mandatory though i don't think it matters what they do to the rest of the summoner spells. It's just flat out better than any other option. I'd love to see them create a 3rd summoner spell slot though i feel like that's all they'd need to do. Now everyone gets flash and it opens up 2 slots for experimentation. I'd love to see the things you could do with it.
