Entirely targeted kit, limitless mobility, mixed damage, passive sustain, resourceless, and able to build full tank and still two shot people.

And don't just say to buy a pink ward, since she can EASILY delete people before they even have a chance to react, and can just sustain herself into infinity with her passive and Gunblade.

3 seconds is standard time to kill anything at all.
Most adcs will melt you in around 3 seconds, if you have damage 3 seconds is kindof standard.
for an assassin however, that's actually bad, they want to kill you faster.

Niyumi1 votesUmmm... no. Most champs can't just click on things and delete them within a couple seconds. They have to play around their kit, the enemy's, all that. But, yes, most ADCs will right-click, AFK, and delete you within 1-2 seconds (ever so balanced) -- doesn't mean that's right.
The issue with Akali isn't so much her damage, it's the fact that she has zero counterplay.
She has no resource, so she can't be pushed out of lane.
She has passive sustain, so stays in lane even longer.
She can't be kited since her dash has 3 charges that reset on kill or assist.
She can't be counterbuilt since she does mixed damage.
She can turn invisible if she fucks up.
... I just don't understand what the hell Riot was thinking when they made her -- or Irelia, but that's a whole 'nother thread.
zlumpy1 votesIf she hybridizes her dmg she is gonna have a rough time vs a good tank. Try playing a tank with good cc or having an ally with good cc. I bet akali players hate: sion, taric, leona, mundo, alistar, nautilus, amumu, sejuani, etc etc.
She kills squishies but gets completely wrecked by 1 really good cc timed right.

And, right there. "Just CC her" -- that is not counterplay. That's an excuse. So, basically, all you can do is CC her and hope you can kill her before she comes out of it.
zlumpy1 votesNot joking but cc really is her counter. Her dmg window shrinks, she gets focused and squished, she cant delete an ally. Its like vayne. The only really counter to vayne is to lock her down and kill her really quick. If you have a bad team comp full of low utility and all squishies akali is gonna ruin your day hard. However throw in a taric with shield, stun in massive area, ult that negates EVERYTHING she can do dmg wise and she will fold like a cheap metal chair unless she out played you ajd hit your backline when you weren't looking. But thats on your team and she should be rewarded for doing her job correctly. She only has a get out jail free card if you walk into range when she is dying and allow her to R onto you to escape mob justice. She has obvious strengths and glaring weaknesses just like many assassins do. Plus she is pretty weak to ganks if your jungle engages at just the right time so her stealth won't save her.
Oh and Zac. Zac will completely ruin her day. I mean you can hit her while she is stealthed and HEAL of it, repeatedly.

regardless. My point is that she doesn't just instagib you. It takes 2-3 seconds which isn't actually abnormal and is actually a potentially fatal weakness in some cases.

There are many other champs who are shit pre-6, yet still don't have as much fucking bullshit in their kit as Akali does.

Her mobility is not reset, it just makes the ult stack not get lost, 2 stacks ult kill, she has 2 stacks, that is all... She doesn't get all 3 stacks back
