This Preseason is actually worse than Season 8. Pretty sad.

Damage is still through the fucking roof and Riot is doing absolutely nothing about it despite LITERALLY SAYING THEY WOULD LOOK INTO DAMAGE DURING PRESEASON. The only place that damage got removed from the entire fucking game was basically celerity. Whatever trivial resists we got is completely counteracted by the fact you're no longer bound to stats by trees, and the increased gold income from turret plating.

Im having the least fun in this game since I started playing in S4 by a long shot. Pretty much about to give up hope that Riot will ever course correct at this point.
