Generalists got nerfed into Specialists causing balance issues

Because more generalists like Jarvan and Lee pop up and take their place

Riot needs to nerf multiple champs at once instead of one at a time if they want real balancing progress. The prospect of a fighter rework isn't at all as hard as they made it out to be.

Nerf Kha and Elise and Eve get Jarvan and Lee

Nerf Jarvan and Lee get Voli and Xin and Vi

Nerf Voli xin and vi and you get nocturne pantheon

Etc

**Riot needs to look at all bruisers and make proactive choices and decisions as to what they can and cannot do. Balance cycles aka buff and nerf will always happen but pro activity fixes this scale of problems **

The more changes you make the more chances for things to be messed up. Saying Riot should make 2-3 times the number of nerfs at once really just means that they will all get less testing (there is a finite amount of time for testing and tuning each patch). There's also the fact that balance on a champion is not some specific number that needs to be hit. They're all balanced around each other. Nerfing one champion (or a whole batch of champions) makes every other champion stronger in return.

And I think it's easy to say that a fighter rework is easy and throw out changes you think work when you don't have to worry about actually testing them.
