PLEASE RIOT! PUNISH QUEUE TROLLS!

In my most recent ranked game, which was a 34 minute victory going 0/3/21 as Shen Support, it took around TWENTY minutes to get into the game. My browser was funky on the day I played the game so I didn't post this right away, but Riot, please punish queue trolls.

If someone declines a match, they should be penalized with a 1 minute queue lockout for every decline until the 4th, when the regular penalties should kick in. In the queue before the Shen ranked game, my queue time was almost 7 minutes. A few times it was champion select that was disbanded, but I remember hitting "Accept" at least 5 or 6 times. Add those 7 minutes to another 7-8 minute ranked champion select, plus a 5 minute loading screen thanks to a lagger and it takes 20 minutes to get into a game that lasted only 34 minutes.

So once again, if someone declines a match, sit them out for 1 minute, then on the 4th decline, the current penalties start kicking in.

"But my friend came on and then the queue thing popped up in my face and I declined/I have to take out the trash/I forgot to feed my dog/cat - Why should I be penalized???" Chillax. It's just one minute. And if you're in that big of a rush where you can't wait one minute, then you shouldn't be playing League in the first place. If you're excuse is something that requires you to leave your computer, then your penalty will be done when you return.

Also, frequent "Decline" button abusers should be banned. If someone is literally logging on just to push "Decline" 50 times to piss people off, then they don't belong in this community.
