I really want to buy HeadHunter Akali, but

Ever since the revert to her E not procing the mark from her Q she just feels so clunky and unreliable, again. Her auto attacks are so weird when ulting to a target because they tend to be running or kitting you, and since she is melee the attack sometimes just never happens. Her E really did band-aid this issue adding a more reliable way to get your damage out. I know that nobody likes Akali that much due to her high damage and mobility, but until Riot actually does something meaningful with her kit, I'd really love it if she could proc with her E again, it doesn't even add damage its just a different skill rotation. It was Q, R, E, Q, AA, ETC. Now it has to be Q, R, AA, E, Q, AA, ETC. If anything the E proc takes an AA out of her rotation so she deals less sustained damage but more burst. Maybe people prefer sustained over burst. can proc her Q why can't ? That skin looks so hawt, but I don't enjoy playing her anymore. ;(
