They already announced it. Solo que ( No duo) true solo que will launch later this year. Also that 98% you speak of will take into effect in 6.2. We are still on 6.1 till 3am tomorrow.

and if you would of read past "They already announced it" I wrote later this year. Most likely in patch 6.4 or 6.5. People and not reading is too funny.
