Darius: Gets kited easily unless devoting a lot of resources to not get kited. Has to land at least 5 hits (Or get a kill with ult) to get max damage on ult, and if doesnt get a kill cannot cast anymore

Camille: Full damage + extra on a 2 second cooldown with no other requirement other than waiting 1.5 seconds

Riot you come up with the dumbest shit. Yes the shield was strong but it was only a problem BECAUSE this existed. If she couldnt one shot people with a no cooldown true damage skill then I wouldnt have a problem with the shield....

Well....camille doesnt get like 50 ad after succeeding and then can go ULT spam fiesta afterwards. thats the reward you get as darius

Well, that 700 true damage from Camille was probably with lvl 18, too. Just seems fair for me comparing that stuff in equal situations.

Her ability has a setup (Q1) and a time window (1,5s to land the Q2, otherwise it goes wasted). And even if Darius' skill is an ultimate and Camille's true damage has such a low CD: In an average game Darius is dealing more true damage in total than Camille.

unless darius scores a kill with his ult or he stacks attack speed it takes a lot longer than 1.5 seconds to stack his passive

Camille is ridiculously mobile too, Q speeds her up and she has a dash that can travel ungodly far.

absolutely zero reason she should convert sheen into true damage

And yet, even if Darius would have problems applying his damage, even if it is an ultimate, even if Camille is converting sheen proccs into true damage....

Even if you take all of this into account: Darius is dealing more true damage in a game than Camille. Let this sink in.

Had to at least take the time to do 4 hits and had to use a small amount of skill to get all four hits.

50% of it was only true dmg and also she was insanely fed and lets take the time to also see that the OP is 4-10 ofc he's going to be weak, but she only did about 390 true dmg there it looks like more but it isnt.

I'm not saying she doesn't need nerfs it clearly says she did only half of 787 and true dmg now chill. Also I will bet that the camille was at least lvl 16-17 here because the cait was behind horribly and still shes about to be 15. I looked at his match history the camille ended lvl 18. Read the death recap it says 50% is true dmg

No, the death recap says 50% of my fuckin health was dealt by true damage. If thats youre logic then what is the 26% on basic attack mean? her basic attacks were 75% magic damage? no.

Also if that were true, it would say mixed damage, not true damage.

Oh my bad. I throw at that you were 4-9 and probably trying to push the wave almost by yourself. So as I read the recap wrong. There were probably signs she was gonna hit you she q'd a minions and started walking up to you.

if by walking you meant hookshot gapclose in 1 second then yes camille probably "walked up" to the ADC.

Darius on the other hand actually has to freaking walk up to people to pull that kind of true damage off.

Yet she maintains the highest winrate, highest banrate and is pick or ban in pro play.

I'm not saying that Camille is okay or broken or anything like that, but remember that Zed was banned like crazy for weeks after he was reworked and deemed trash.

I've been saying this for so long. "Oh, you're Riven top lane, you can outduel anyone!" Oh. Yeah sure, packed in with her passive shield and her 100 true damage just at rank 1 level 1... let me get at that! No. You can't outduel her with her damn Q. Once she gets Tri/Hydra, you can consider her a main target for your team, since she WILL do more damage than most adcs and one shot almost any squishy.
