Remove Jhins Ult Slow
Everyone knows Jhin is far to strong at the moment, so nerf him in a way that it promotes more skill.
Remove the ult slow so he actually has to land each shot instead of landing one = the rest will hit.
Why does it slow anyway?

Good luck killing anyone with it then.
It's a skillshot and can be blocked easily by other people, I think the nerf to it's damage was enough.
Because without the slow his ult will become borderline useless since it is such a thin narrow skill shot execute that doesn't grant vision over the entire area making it really easy to miss.
Not this shit again.
Gameplay wise, it'd be far too easy to just run out even if you get hit by the bullets, because even at the longest possible distance (stuck in the middle in the back 3-4ths so distance sideways and back are equal), Jhin wouldn't even be able to fire two bullets off probably before you ran out. Learn to dodge. Or just stick with your team and have your tanks bodyblock it.
Lorewise, it's you getting hit by a fucking powerful sniper rifle cannon. Gee, I wonder why that cripples your movement speed.
Also... "Everyone knows Jhin is far to strong at the moment" ??????????
But the cartoons people run around really fast in pain when they get shot!
Kappa.
His massive pick ratio in pro play?
His assassin build that gives him stupid amounts of armour pen.
Okay, he's frequently picked. So what? He's strong and decently versatile, and has okay CC. He fits into some teamcomps decently well. Zac's frequent in pro play. He's not OP either. He's just strong and can fit into general teamcomps well.
That's not a Jhin issue, that's an issue with any AD caster abusing armorpen (Lucian/MF/Twitch/Jhin/etc)
Because it would be pretty difficult to hit champions consistently if it didn't; given the fact that the hitbox is pretty narrow.
If it lost the slow, it would probably have to be made stronger in some other way (higher damage?) to make up for loss of consistency.
Edit: yeah you can also body block the bullets.
