also... if you want to hover an 100% pick ban champ.. and your last pick... and i cant swap with you because u don't own my champ.. and no one else can either.. I'm sorry but I'm banning it. I'm not risking it going through to their side.

yeah but lets say u dont pick a tank, i now know say if im top or jungle that i need toi change my pick to a tanky champ to work with our team comp better
so indtead of picking 
i may pick 
and go a tank'y build
or i if i was going anyways i can change to a more resolve tree heavy runepage.
communication is still good.
not _everyone _is an asshole in this game. if they ban your champ.. LET them lose. its that simple.. and if they only champ u can play is the OP meta shit.. then consider learning other champs. because they wont ALWAYS be OP meta and when they are u arn't likely to get them unless your a high pick order or someone can swap with you.
there are still a large number of us who will look at the hovered champ and try to modify our own picks to complement that team composition.
about once in every 8-10 games someone either donest hover.. or hover then swaps.. to a different champ.. and had i know they were going that champ eariler.. i would have p8icked a different champions that would have worked better with out team comp
