What counters Lucian? Or, What beats Lucian?

I genuinely don't know, every time there's a Lucian on the enemy team they're like some Korean challenger god. I have no idea what to do to save my ally ADC from the impending fed Lucian that for some reason always show's up.

I play Evelynn now mostly, waiting for the buffs(don't say "Play a better champ" cause that doesn't help.)

Side Note: I hate Lucian from the core of my very being, everything about him pisses me off, i just want to know how to win against him.

as a jungle there isnt much you can do against a lucian, as he has great mobility. The best you can do is drag the game out as far as you can because thats when he falls off. Lucian also has a short aa and basic skill range, so if he commits himself even slightly, you should try and get into a position where you can immediately assassinate him.

Literally everything. Take it from a Lucian one trick. He is trash right now. Mid, AD, top doesn't matter he is not strong. He will get out scaled, out damaged, and have no usefulness as he has no cc, no real siege tool. If he falls behind he is done. That is all.

Anyone below gold shouldn't even worry about countering anything. Get really good at a few champs and climb not that hard.
