Higher CD, average damage reduc until maxed, and even when maxed she has to root herself and stop autoing to use it while jax can AA and move normally WHILE counterstriking,

Idk Feels like the ability should be much stronger on a lower CD and duration, so you keep gaining short bursts of pseudo invulnerability (and stack passive faster).
