34 min i steal baron as support, and ace them.. my team doesn't end 40 min we kill 4 of them my team doesn't end 48 min we take baron.. with 3 of them dead my team donest end 51 min we ace them my team donest end 56 min they ace us.. they end..

Also, if your map doesn't look good enough to end (e.g. all 3 t2 towers are up while you've got 3 waves shoved to your base) then you probably can't end anyways.

all my team had to do was come with me and we could have instantly melted the turrets.. but i can't do it by myself..

That kinda explains why. Did you type in chat about taking towers and ending the game? Even pings would've helped.
What I usually do in this situation is to just attack the tower anyway. If your team is smart, they will follow you and take that tower. If they're not, they deserve to lose that game, and you can go into another game with (hopefully) less shitty teammates.
