Can deaths dance be made Melee only? Just to get rid of unkillable graves

Just so freakinggraves can't tank the shit out of everything because he has Deaths Dance combined with Phantom Dancer, added onto the fact that he's one of the tankiest characters in the game for being ranged. And having insane burst.

Graves isn't OP but its fucking ridiculous that we have 5 man all in him to kill him before he 3 shots a tank because of his burst and tankiness. I'm exaggerating a bit but thats honestly what it feels like whenever playing against Graves, and unkillable ranged adc.

making items melee only for specific abuse cases is a terrible idea

if you want to nerf Graves' tankiness, simply replacing True Grit with a more windowed defensive tool would be appropriate
