She's from the frozen lands to the north - yet she's wearing a backless, sleeveless top and a mini skirt. There is no reason whatsoever for someone who's supposed to be living in the bitter cold to be showing any skin other than their face. She's unnecessarily sexualized, and it can't even be adequately explained.

However, Olaf, Tryndamere, Udyr, and Braum aren't wearing things like bulging booty shorts that would be out of place on nomads/warriors/Vikings - they're wearing furs, armor, and other regalia you'd expect to see in these kinds of cultures. You really in no way expect to see a barbarian queen-to-be wearing a mini skirt and backless, sleeveless top.
