Ragnaveil2 votesissue is, the arguement for Riven is that she's a "high skill cap champ". You know who else in the roster fits this bill yet has been nerfed time and time again? 
Both require mechanics, but those mechanics are now "normal" to players nowadays, meaning it shouldn't be deciding how they are balanced % wise. You can kill a good Yas player, but its hell to kill a good Riven player.

It's Conqueror giving her true damage.
It's Essence Reaver letting get even lower CDs on her stuff.
And it's Death's Dance letting her sustain off of all of that.
heroikc1 votesYou do know "elo" refers to overall skill of players; Riven has high caps, so if someone can master her, let them win; it's your problem if you can't deal with her, suppress her, or otherwise control her.
