Queue times for games pre level 30 are so bad, I average 8 minutes or more
Why is it so awful?

Deep Terror Nami1 votesIt's because of a low amount of appropriate players in the queue. Riot can't force people to get on level 10-20 accounts to queue with you or anything. The only thing you can do is queue for another mode with a shorter average wait time, and/or queue up when there are more people online.
