And no riot, reducing his damage by 30 is not going to make a god tier over 100% ban rate obnoxious champ finally balanced, he needs to be axed heavly.

Zac lost 30 base damage, its literally nothing.
Nunu is also broken but hes kinda of useless late game atleast, and he cant cc you for 5 years while killing you at the same time like zac can.
Zac ganks are just stupid, press E (dont even have to HIT IT ANYMORE) then Q you and you're dead lmao.

That has not changed at all. Except they took away a fuck ton of damage with his rework, and then gave some of it back.
The loss of base damage significantly slowed down his first clear time, before he was not only a CC monster, but he also had one of the faster clear times in the game outside of some assassins (he could even do Raptors at level 2 easily because of W and Q being AoE). The 30 base damage loss comes out to over 80 damage per camp. Which is a significant amount of damage in early game clears.
