Can udyr have his mana regain in turtle stance back?

I mean at this point with so many manaless champions who far exceed udyr in terms of utility damage survivability mobility clear times etc, why not give the champ his mana regain back?

He's a pure melee champion and there's not really a reason for him to be gated by mana so much.

Anyway, I think that would be a fair change, dont you think?
