I mean, he already out trade every single adc early game, make immobile adc's trash and unviable, and can also waveclear decently with that fucking low CD ultimate that does insane damage? I am not even going to talk about his passive. Do something about this black guy jesus.

Yes. They nerfed his range by 50 (Which everyone said made him utterly worthless, lol) in exchange for buffing basically every other part of his kit. Coincidentally, that was also when they buffed his Q damage on minions from 60->100%.

That was advice given to me before. The buff to his Q's minion damage really put him ahead of everyone else when he was still really strong. Removing the debuff aspect of his dash was something that needed to happen in general but to then compensate him by removing the mana cost was ridiculous. Enhancing weaknesses and strengths, remember that, Riot? Still not able to stick to it though are you?
SajMonZver2 votesWell he is one of the most played adc champions. I think riot should decrease his spells damage while his leveling up like if his getting 10 more damage every level they should decrease it to 6. The passive should be changed to something else and be less useful.

@OP: If you think Lucian has good wave clear, champions like Jinx must give you a heart attack. Of all the ADCs in the game, Lucians wave clear is far from the best.
I especially like how you argue his ult is OP wave clear. Oh no, a champion used their ultimate to clear a wave, whatever shall we do. Oh wait, its down for the next 30 seconds, and even if it was up, it is lackluster at best in a fight except to clean up.

NoMonku2 votesOutside of his ultimate he doesn't really have that good of a wave clear. Its fair for him to blow something that has some pretty good power just to clear out minions. In regards to his Q I consider it more of a pseudo wave clear, as you either need to be really fed or have the minions in a specific position to clear it all perfectly. I'm not denying his Q damage to minions might be too strong, but with how close he has to get to a wave, if they are sieging his towers the right champions can either poke him out or dive onto him to stop him from doing it.

MrBuffington2 votesHis ult is on a 30 second cooldown with brutalizer, lucidity boots, 5% from runes/masteries, and a blue pot (all stuff that he would reasonably have), and does quadruple damage to minions; "decently" is an understatement. I think changing his cooldowns to 100/90/80 from 100/75/50 would be a good change; at least he'd only be able to clear every other minion wave....
