Garen has to consider matchup and build options to a degree unseen on anyone else. To succeed at Garen is to succeed at League - there is no shoring up shoddy knowledge with the illusion of skill that "mechanics" provide.
Garen is a champion that only succeeds with pure fundamental prowess. His skill cap is why "professional" players (read FRAUDS) are scared to pick him; they know they cannot succeed.
