I remember when riot nerfed Fiora's teamfight potential

Even though her laning phase is REALLY risky, she is nearly ALL AA retaliant, and can be easy shutdown. But Riven's stays the same.

Lane bullies melee squishy carries. The difference is , countering riven is much harder than countering fiora

As a Garen main I couldn't disagree more. Not that Fiora is difficult to counter, mind you, Riven is just a simple matchup if you take the time to learn her many counters. They may be both melee AD fighters, however their kits are absolutely nothing alike. There is one detail that is both similar and important however: they are feast or famine champions.

You should counter feast or famine champions with reliable champions. This allows you to make mistakes while also not snowballing your opponent out of control. If you play a feast or famine against a feast or famine champion one will go feast and the other famine every time. Your goal isn't to make the fancy plays, it's to prevent your enemy from doing so.

Ward to spot when your opponent roams so you can follow (never use a direct route to follow, it could be a trap), work on your minion wave management skills, and trade just enough that your opponent is unwilling to attempt a solo all-in. If you know how to properly deny your opponent farm there is no real reason to go for kills. Just sit back and let the kills come to you, players of feast or famine champions typically get impatient.

Depends on the enemy team comp. She is ALL AoE. How can her teamfight be garbage?

how about her zero survivability when focused since she builds full damage and the fact that she is forced to blow her skills to engage and burst which means once she commits she has no escape for the next couple of seconds.

she thrives when she can roam and pick people off because of her overbearing dueling firepower but stick her in a teamfight where people don't have to just eat your combo to the face and unless you're ahead you'll just get demolished.
