just played against this (yes not many had resistance, but still neither did he) he will show up and take out half the team, generally killing someone before they can even react then 2 more before flashing away and if you caught him, he just turned and killed

Even if they could (which they can't), they wouldn't proc Stormrazor. Stormrazor only affects basic attacks (we're sorry, Garen.)
