Just because we are the players doesn't entitle you to be a jerk about it

"Riot censoring us" The moderators are censoring us. Some might say this is splitting hairs but there's a difference.

"It's valid criticism" No, you're just calling for a guy's head on a stick.

Look, I don't like the direction this game has gone since season 5 any more than you do, but that doesn't mean we are allowed to be assholes.

If you have valid criticism, deliver it.

Heck if you really think someone is unfit for their position, you can say that. List the reasons why, it's your opinion after all. The main difference is the phrasing. That makes the difference between being an asshole, and presenting your opinion in a dignified and respectful manner. Regardless of how you feel about anything, that should not be the focal point of something as serious as calling a person's suitability for the job into question.

PS: Mods, I realise this would be better for player behaviour, but these threads are specific to the Gameplay and Balance board, so I'd implore you to leave it as such.
