Question about Lee & Yi

Master Yi W

Master Yi channels, restoring 30/50/70/90/110 (+0.15*AP) Health per second for 4 seconds. This healing is increased by 1% for every 1% of Master Yi's missing Health. While channeling, Master Yi reduces incoming damage by 50/55/60/65/70% . This damage reduction is halved against turrets.

Which means damage reduction works as long as Yi isn't disrupted

Lee Sin performs a powerful roundhouse kick launching an enemy champion back, dealing 200/400/600 (+2*Bonus AD) physical damage to the target and any enemies they collide with. Enemies the target collides with are knocked into the air for a short duration. Every time the target collides with an enemy champion, the target also deals 12/15/18% of their bonus health as physical damage.

We also know that Lee "stuns" target for very short moment before kicking him away.

Question: Would Master Yis' damage reduction from W would work on Lee Sins ultimate? Or is it lost just before damage is applied due to stun that happens slightly before the actual kick?
