Doesn't matter. I know his possible item paths like the back of my hand, and he will benefit immensely from the increased mana on RoA. It's gonna be a good update, even if they makes tweaks from where it is now.

Vel'koz arguably less than the others (his only Sustained Damage is ult, technically the rest is Burst even if on a low cooldown with a 40% CDR build) but Anivia, Rumble and Zyra are going to be very, very happy...

He is mainly burst, but he can poke well with liandry's. I just went out on a limb to put more there ;)

Fair enough, I always did love CC Machine Vel'koz (which is gonna get Hella-Strong with this Rylai change) I'm just making the observation that he doesn't technically has any Damage over Time effects though he sure as hell has Sustained Damage in a team fight or if he's just unloading everything.

Cleanse doesn't remove suppression. Only Olaf, Alistar, and Gangplank (maybe a few others) can remove suppression.

Teemo is the you REALLY need to look out for.

Cleanse removes all DoT's and summoner debuffs. Cleanse won't free you from his Ult, but it'll free you from space aids.

there was a challenger series game with a teemo mid, it was an absolute domination by that team. Also his map control and level 1 cheese kills are ridiculous.
