Can wukong get slow immunity while ulting?

honestly pretty sad that wukongs ult is as bad as it, sure you can occasionally get a good wombo with it but most of the time you are just cc'd instantly and become useless.

Slow immunity and a change to the tick rate would be nice if and when the diver update is done.
