If rageblade is going to lose its 10% ap onhit (PBE), bring back arcane blade or buff nashors tooth.

On the PBE, rageblade is losing its 10% AD/AP on-hit making it not possible to get that 25% AP on hit we used to have if you combined .

If thats the case, I have no problem, just make so that we can still have access to that 25% AP on hit. Maybe a new keystone. Some of us loved that AP on hit build.
