It's absolutely true.

You have to strive to be a complete kiss-ass to pass through riot's standards, how is this ok?

Even if you don't say anything all game and are reported, you have NOTHING to defend your case with, so you will still get banned/restricted.

You have to be a KISS ASS to show that you are a NICE PERSON and NOT be restricted.

as a person who is likely more angry than nice, i have never been punished by riot in my nearly close to 3-4k games(ranked and normal)

Yeah this is untrue. The only time I've been banned was during season 2, when you get banned for a couple das for dcing. AKA leaving game. 5000 games later, still the only time i've been punished.

I agree with op. I have had a few suspensions. but after the most recent one, i started only communicating via skype and dont say anything in chat, yet i still keep getting restricted. Idk what i could possibly be doing to deserve it.

You were pretty toxic and consistently toxic if you were banned.
