Is it a reportable offense to play if high?

One of my recent games had a support who was duoing with the mid and the mid said that the reason he was feeding was because he was high. Could I report them for this? And if so, under what? I assume intentionally feeding or unsportsmanlike conduct.

Depends on if the being high made them intentionally feed, or just make poor choices/bad reaction time/etc. Can't report for playing poorly, as long as it seems like they were still trying.

were "trying" but also intentionally played while high because it would be funny. It caused their timings to be way off and everything. Andon a champion like Thresh timings are very important.

No, there is currently no report option, and I hope there is never a report option.

I play League when drunk or high all the time. I queue with at least 1 friend and ONLY do norms. It makes the game more fun, and a lot of the time my allies play along too. Enemy varies between being rude and telling me to "shut the fuck up, you're annoying" and joining in.

A LOOOOOT more ppl play League drunk/high than you think, most just dont openly advertise it. This goes for every video game. Communities are typically against playing "competitive" games while drunk/high, even in the non-competitive modes (norms) which, imo, is bs and you should get the stick outta your ass. (General you, not you directly)

Getting people who will join in and have fun with it is a matter of timing. Monday night at 6pm? People are just out of work/school, they're STRESSED cuz Mondays are shit. They're going to be on edge as is and something like this will make it worse. Friday night at 9pm? Everyone is at least STARTING to drink/smoke, go for it!

I guarantee that at least 30% of the games you've played in norms had one drunk and/or high person in them. Hell, I live in one of the biggest cities in the US and 70% of my city smokes pot.

Adding to this - IMO playing ranked while high/drunk should be able to be reported thru intentional feed report. Being high or drunk, if they're high/drunk not just buzzed, will hinder gameplay significantly and is definitely intentional. Norms are about having fun and being drunk or high in them is fun for a lot of people. Norms are meant for a relaxed game where no one has to care. Ranked is definitely not, and even though you should still have fun, most ppl dont cuz its "too competitive".

I accept casual drunk/high playing, many of my friends play drunk, it was mainly for ranked play that I have an issue with since that is a more serious and competitive environment.

seriously?

Im not sure if this is a serious question or just troll post but if it is serious then i would say i think it should be reportable. If someone knows that being high makes them play poorly and they continue to que up and play then it is intentional.

Depends. Some people may actually play better high. Anxiety and all that. But then they can hit a critical point of being too high. Then they play really poorly. Can't really ban a dude cause he took 1 hit too many.

Annoying to play with that guy...but it's not really a bannable offense. Unless we're talking like Master level ranked play...then maybe.

I once did a 5 man ranked team and I played support to an adc who ONLY played high. I don't see a problem with someone playing drunk or high. I have a friend who gets really serious and really good when he plays drunk. I have other friends who completely lose all their mechanical skills when playing. I don't think there should ever be a report button because you can't really know if the guy on the other end is high or drunk. Just because he types in "Im high, sorry." doesn't make it true.

Easy: Yes, it should be an option (Playing Under Influence) Stipulations: Is it norms? Don't report people for screwing around on norms, you're a bad person and you try too hard. Is it Ranked? If that Ducker feeds, I don't need the option, I'll send Rito a hand-written letter of my anguish
