Can we stop needlessly buffing ADCs that don't need it please
Gives Ezreal multiple buffs
Now he's picked nearly every game in worlds
Gives Vayne unnecessary buffs
Now she one shots squishies with her Q while still 3 shotting tanks

Buffs were basically spiking his power level just because he fell out of the meta. One of these days there's going to be a Season 7 and a build of his from the new season will turn into queue cancer.
yeah vayne buffs were so random.
How about we stop buffing ADCs in general. All that's been happening is:
Love tap to strong ADCs
Other ADCs significantly buffed
Love tap to strong ADCs

2 months

etc, etc, etc
Nothing but power creep, while they continue to get other classes' items nerfed.
The power curve in seasons 1 and 2 at least made sense for them.
They're basically strong at all stages of the game now. Very squishy, but still strong.
Instead, let's nerf strong ADCs until they're at the level of the 'unused' ones, then buff ADC itemization so it actually gets used over pen builds. They shouldn't be able to do everything they currently can with defensive/bruiser items like

just because they bought a
as their first item.
From the rumours going around, it seems like at least some items are getting significant changes come preseason. For instance, I have heard that Youmuu's is going to lose the attack speed boost, and that Duskblade is going to be melee only.
What they could otherwise do to make the pen-abusing ADCs

to an extent) stop being overwhelming early is to simply increase the ramping of mana costs enough to convince these ability-based ADCs to go for
. If that makes them too weak early, Riot could always give them some way of scaling with Crit Chance - in fact, all of them save for Lucian already do that!
Lucian does have extra interactions with crit. His passive crits.
The scaling might need to be higher, or the crit penalty lowered, but its still there. Ideally, the crit interactions on his ultimate will come back, with a hit to the base damage.
Vayne wasn't good, now she's merely doing pretty good.
Oh the fucking humanity, Vayne is viable.
