I loved the attack speed Eve got. AD Eve, Crit Eve, On-Hit-Evect you name it. It was great.
That's the short version. Is there a reason why all auto-attack-related stats were removed from Eve in the rework? "Her Q can proc Lich Bane maybe twice" isn't a good replacement for true SPANK SPANK action.

Her new applies OnHits once but gives no attack speed, so it is basically just for Lichbane.
Riot destroyed everything except AP Eve because they forgot that Skirmishers are a thing.

Ok sure but why1 votesYeah, once. And now you get no attack speed, and you can't get your movement speed until after you simply walk into them. Why was that taken out? People who build her full AP can't abuse it, and people who like on-hit would love for it to come back!
