Sorry if this seems like saltpost #282, but for real, his damage even for an assassin is absurd. (check stat sites, all of em list him as the best mid except champion.gg because that site is trash)
A ridiculous number of talon OTP's are high elo now solely due to him being broken lol. Like seriously, you instantly kill anything with less than 2500 hp by just clicking on them
I personally don't believe that Talon himself is the problem. What's not fine in my book is the insane burst that comes out of champion that can abuse 
or just lethality stacking on general. If they'd make some adjustments to the items and then it would address a lot of issues.
Sure Talon players are doing really well right now, this is true, but if you look at a lot of Duskblade champ OTPS are doing really well right now.
The problem is electrocute and ignite. At lvl 6: Ignite does 205 damage. Electrocute does 110 damage.
That’s 315 damage, nearly 40% of a champion’s max hp at lvl 6.
How is this shit allowed? 40% of my hp gone to things that aren’t even enemy champion abilities.
