Stop going to someones lane to take cs PSA

I get so tired of a dumb cait who loses lane walks to my lane and takes all my cs. Like 4 waves. Like ? Go to your lane? Or a jungler doing it? Or a top laner? Or a mid laner. UNLESS LANING PHASE IS 100% OVER STOP TAKING FARM THAT ISNT YOURS. It's not your farm and it can seriously set people back. Does this happen in high elo too? Am i over reacting? Because honestly it pisses me off that people just take 500-600 gold in farm from my lane and think its okay to hinder me

Happens in all elo. If a shitter ADC loses hard enough in Diamond they will blame jungler and then go through the jungle taking all the big minions but leaving the smalls so it doesn't reset. Then when their jungler falls terribly behind from it they trash talk the jungler for being the reason the game was lost. If you think by getting higher elo you'll get more mature team mates you are completely kidding yourself. The trash that you see in Bronze / Silver eventually makes it to Plat / Diamond and they are still the same trash.

Junglers do a thing called Tax. If the jungler ganks for you. You gotta pay your Taxes. If you dont. You get Fined for Tax evasion (No ganks)

Lane Phase is over once the first tower is down. If ADC rotates mid then either 1. pressure the midlane tower or 2. Go botlane and splitpush and tell the ADC that Midlane is thiers. Support should be roaming between mid and bot to ward and fend off invaders.
