Worlds was on patch 6.18 We are on patch 6.22.. CHANGES HAVE ALREADY BEEN MADE!!! If you haven't noticed yet.. HUGE changes to the jungle have been made.. A HUGE assassin rework just came out, including a bunch of new item.
Just because "X" happened in worlds, doesn't mean "X" is STILL happening.

WoonStruck1 votesPreseason didn't affect 90% of the things that were happening in worlds, so they're pretty much all still happening.
Cass still over-loaded, Cait still stupid, A. Sol still busted, Zyra still broken, Olaf still god-tier, etc.
Primarily, only CoC really changed up the meta, and it really only affects junglers, supports, and some top laners...and it'll just mean the top laners, junglers, and supports that can use CoC that were already meta or just barely out of meta will be dominant.
Very, very little has changed.
**The only exception is something that shouldn't have ever been a thing in the first place: Armor pen builds on ADCs. **
P.S. Do you admit that you were spewing nonsense about 
finally? I see you don't build it at all on Nidalee, despite saying you'd build it in 100% of games on her because its so broken and AD items are SO OP.
