It's not cool they went back on the decision to actually update Morgana

Back in the August roadmap, they'd said they would fix her passive and W, because her passive no longer serves its purpose with the removal of its function on smaller minions-- effectively making it an insanely weaker form of spellvamp on a champion who doesn't even have enough damage abilities to make it work on champions alone. And her W no longer serves its purpose thanks to no longer applying her passive to most minions. It's an outdated spell, just as the same spell was outdated on Malzahar.

It's just kind of ridiculous that they decided to be lazy instead of giving her a minor rework like Ezreal. Hell, she only needed just as much change as him (one ability rework and a new passive). But they went with leaving her outdated.

(disclaimer: it functions exactly like spellvamp, but with conditions that make it far weaker. Doesn't matter what it's called)

Well if you had been reading the boards since they were listed as getting worked on, you would've noticed that they scrapped the changes for her passive and W because they couldn't find anything that suited her better, and they think her kit is pretty great as it is.

They said they most likely wouldn't give her anything unless it dramatically made her better so they said it was just visual update up until the Dev Diary where they said they would be helping her ult hit better.

So maybe next time, look at the boards more often and then you won't be caught out like this again.

Morgana will be fine, even with those ass wings they gave her that are absolutely hideous.
