I think all she needs is her R CD to be lowered or for there to be a possible reset if she hits her human E. Right now, she doesn't benefit greatly from any jungle item, rather, she likes Cinderhulk slightly more than Magus, as her overall AP scaling is kinda meh. If she liked Magus a little more it would help her because it has CDR, so maybe an item change would help her.

I just feel like I have to wait too long to get back into spider form after I use my human form to Stun and use my Q and W to help chunk the enemy. The problem is that you just stand there for another 2 seconds while you wait for your form change. Her R CD is longer than Nidalee's as is and Nid has a reset function on her form change.

If Elise is able to change back to spider form more quickly, it will help her at least a little (though I think it is very impactful), even if the meta doesn't favor her right now.

That would help her but she needs more than just a quicker transition from her two forms.

As I said. An item shift might help her as well. One problem is that she actually liked Juggernaut enchant over Cinderhulk as it gave flat health, CDR, and Tenacity, which is better for Elise. She didn't need help with her clears so that part of Cinderhulk isn't used on her as well as other junglers, and she doesn't build enough Health items to really make the most out of Cinderhulk. If Magus was a better item on her, that might make a difference, but I don't know about it becoming a strong enough item for her.

She might need more, but you have to be really careful with someone like Elise. She doesn't really do well in this meta, but in a jungle meta that favors early game junglers more (which I think we're transitioning to), she actually shines. She can gank before any other junglers because she has really fast clears and very healthy ones at that, and her ganks are potent in the early game.

If anything else is done it would be small buffs to her base damages on her Q. They are rather small after her Season 4 nerfs, but I don't think that is really holding her that far back. Maybe revert the human Q and give a smaller buff to the spider Q. Up to 40/80/120160/200 base damage human Q and 60/105/140/185/230 base damage on the Spider Q. It would only be an extra 30 damage at max level, but again, I stress that Elise is very touchy. And what seems like small buffs can make an impact. Higher AP ratios could help her as well, but you have to be really touchy with her Q ratios as it's %health damage, so I would say her W and spiderling damage would be the things to get ratios increased if that was implemented.

She was originally a top/mid laner but her power shifted to the jungle because of nerfs. The way riot has been nerfing her affected her lane power more than her jungle power. Personally she isn't as touchy as you think she is with all the changes this season. Look at lee sin he was a big threat and was in the same position as Elise but she got her nerfs immediately. Lee sin nerfs were held off til the recent changes in jungle power shifted, they then decided that he didn't require the nerfs anymore. Yes, she was powerful in the previous seasons but that isn't be a factor anymore.

She DOES need buffs not just for jungle but for her original role top lane. Her role as a champion is like Quinn, it isn't determined. She lost her identity when she lost a lot of her power.

Your solution is only for her jungle role and it pushes out other Elise players that likes playing her elsewhere.
