draven is an early game bully but you can still counter him with cc and ganks kog has an op late game yet he can still be caught and able to die but than we have vayne who letteraly has 0 counterplay

They should make a vayne sub board....
vayne has plenty of counter play...jinx shits on her, caitlyn shits on her, graves can out burst her. Vayne has no wave clear unless she gets a shiv, her range is short and can be bullied out of lane by most other adc's, and she's very single-target only. Vayne hasn't been changed in ages, people are just now bitching about her because the other adc's were nerfed.
Vayne isn't even that easy. She high a high skill floor to be able to out trade- but that's completely dependent on how good you are with her.

I dont know, everytime I pick an agressive support on botlane she is useless the whole match. The reason why she is so good right now is because everybody and their mum has to pick either thresh or soraka/ braum. Yes, these champions offer the most for your team, but it doesnt shut down vayne at all, it gives her a really save laning = she ends up being strong. Everytime I picked champs like sona into her I showed her what no counterplay is with my 3spell q and aa, do that 2 times and she is zoned from farm, bonuspoints if you actually have a competent caitlyn/lucian/ graves/draven. Vayne has clear weaknesses, people are just too lazy and too metasheep to abuse them.
