Since his W only affects 2 abilities, I guess it would make more sense to put 2 charges on his Q and have an actual W.

A full rework of Zilean, like a real rework not what they did, would give Zilean a double or triple casting passive.

Functionally, I only think Zilean should have to work with two bombs at a time, to pull of his combo's. A third may be too much to balance around (though 3 bombs in the ammo system would be fine.) I really don't get why Zillean would have one spell just to speed up the cd of his other spells. (maybe they should give him Ryze's old passive.) But I would think they could come up with better time spells. considering they just made Ekko.
