Why does Zed get mr per level
I don't understand Riot. Help me understand.

every champions get mr/lvl edit: melee
He's a melee champion.
With a few exceptions, they all get MR per level.
The melee champions who don't get MR per level all have defensive steroids of some sort.
- Yasuo has Windwall and his passive.
- Kassadin has his passive and a magic damage shield on Q.
- Maokai has his passive (healing on AA after 5 abilities), his W (making him untargetable to dodge spells), and his ultimate (% damage reduction).
Why shouldn't he get MR per level?
