Just for gameplay and clarity's sake, make him as big as the other tanks. It doesn't make much sense to have a yordle-sized full-tank.

Are you trying to say that a tank should not be large to actually take attacks instead of being out-sized by some of the characters it's suppsoed to protect?

They're tanky because of their stats and armour, not size. Poppy Amumu Rammus

Poppy Is tanky so she can be a fighter. Rammus has a taunt to force enemies to attack him, so he doesn't need size to block their abilities.
