No. Garen can't even proc his passive because it's CD will always reset back to the starting countdown due to Lulu's ranged autos and perma poke LOL.

Even then, why tf would she build lethality as a magic damage caster? She benefits from item 3115 more than item 3181 LOL.

Name one ranged champion that isn’t busted with Sanguine Blade. Lulu has already lost most of her punch in both her damage and as a support over the years. There was literally a point where Ashe Support had a higher WR than Lulu, an actual support.

Lulu does not need anymore nerfs...
