Ranked Team Builder

So sorry If I'm not really up to date on a made decision (If there was one).

But I knew a while back RiotLyte said they're working on team builder for ranked and coming close to finishing it.

I'm just wondering we can get an update on how that is going or did I miss an announcement on there decision.
