Overheal rune
Seeing this on champion.gg on champs without lifesteal. I'm wondering why. Does this work on your base health regen also, accumulating that into a shield?

Am under the impression the fountain heal counts, although tbh I don't really use it.
M00ndanc31 votesa lot of champs who go over heal go fleet footwork and its heal gives them the shield otherewise idk maybe they have legend:bloodline or ravenous hunter
