.... Just to see Riot made ADCs even more omnipotent than they used to be xD I didn't even know it's possible to buff ADCs even more and still have the nerve to call it 'balanced'.

Its an assasin and tank meta, if you think adcs are OP then you didnt see the actual meta yet.
