In his current state, there's just so many ways you can go wrong with this champion. He makes Edward (Not Edge)from Final Fantasy 4 look badass.

Edward takes several amounts of badass there.

On topic, I agree, his kit is balanced around perfect team communication and ideal situations. On top of a void where League of Mobility isnt a thing.

But design/thematically/visually wise, he is awesome. The chimes, the sounds, the visuals, the feel, is wonderful.

I LOVE BARD! I hate him as a viable champion.

He is way to reliant on team communication and understanding. If he had an offlane role like jungle I think he would be fixed.

In solo queue every time I see a Bard on my team I want to dodge. I don't because I don't dodge, but seriously Bard is just cringe-worthy unless the team is organized and likely has voice comms.
