Nami's Bubble.

I know Nami's bubble lasts a long time, but that's not what my beef is. My beef is that it's okay if it's even a little shorter; what it needs to be able to do is LAND.

In the four minutes it takes for her Q to get to its destination, Kalista ,Lucian , Graves , Caitlyn , Ezreal , Corki , Vayne , and Tristana can all just dash, jump, or blink away from the spot (maybe even simply walk away from itDraven ). And Sivir can not only walk out of it, but even when it's going to miss, she can INTENTIONALLY GET HIT so she can get mana back with the spellshield. That means that it's easily dodged or shielded by 10/17 marksmen. 10/13 if we remove the ones that are either not strong enough to play in the lane or the one that isn't played at all. (Teemo , KogMaw , Twitch , and Urgot )

Something needs to be done about that.

My suggestion is to instead make it rise up from the ground, not fly through the air. Or even simply make it travel faster.

Tidecaller's Blessing provides you with a slow that increases your chance of landing Aqua Prison. Hit them with Tidal Wave (which is considerably more difficult to dodge) and they can't do anything but sit there and wait for your bubble to land immediately afterward. Hide in bushes or land them blind. There is nothing wrong with Aqua Prison.

Almost every CC in this game is negated by movement abilities because most of them are AoE or Skillshot.

Your point about Nami's bubble is special because it is...just as fast as other skillshot CC when at 600+ range, and only worse when closer to the target because the effect activation speed is not inversely proportional to distance?

You're problem is understanding its a funkey skill shot. Unlike most skill shots which take more time to land the farther to travel, Namis bubble always takes EXACTLY one second to land.

So if you shoot it right next to you it goes way up then way down. But if you shoot far away it has a flat linear flight path. Shooting it at a point in between changes the arc accordingly. Just remember it always take one second to land. Regardless of distance.
