Teleport's relevancy in the meta warrants it a small nerf.

I'm sick of seeing this spell on summoner's rift. I see it Top lane 99% of the time. I see it Midlane 50% of the time. Like flash, it's relevant throughout all stages of the game unlike most combat summoners.

You can just do SO much with it, and imo it's been influencing the meta for future top laners and top laner reworks.

Take Garen for example. He used to be an early game lane bully who took ignite. Then they nerfed everything about early game Garen, Gave him a ridiculous true damage villain mechanic that only works on enemies other than your lane opponent. Pretty certain that encourages you to take Teleport to gank botlane, which before Garen never did. Now he feels like the game is forcing you to do so.

I miss the days of Season 4 when it was just two top laners, flash and ignite, mano a mano, duelling for control over a third of the map. Now Dragon's such an important objective, bottom lane in general for that matter. What's the point of top lane? Is it even still the split pushing lane?

My prognosis, revert the cool down buff when teleporting to towers.

If we're going to nerf a summoner spell for being used too often how about we start with Flash?

it's 50/50 tel or ignite if it's someone I can fight and kill with the help of ignite or am I going get bully in lane so I need tel to help me get back lane if i get too low to def.

What do you mean? I know that if the tower you're teleporting to is destroyed before the cast is done it gets set back onto cooldown.

If teleport got nerfed before flash because it was common then there's a problem.

Minions and wards that are teleported to can be killed.
