Does the bonus to healing/shielding (Windspeaker's Blessing, Redemption, etc) apply to items too?

I was curious about this. I'm confident it applies to Redemption, because it heals for an insane amount whenever I have Ardent's Censer, Mikael's Crucible, Redemption itself and Windspeaker's Blessing. But I'm not 100% sure about this, and was curious if it did. It'd be nice on items like Locket of the Solari, Knight's Vow (its healing portion), Face of the Mountain, etc. if it did as well.

it should. mastery didn't state the shield/heal had to be from an ability. AFAIK, even summoner heal is affected.
